Job Responsibilities- Follow up with Chefs for roster submission with Workforce Planning Team for Casino, MICE and Hotel Culinary operations- Verify all uploaded rosters in the Virtual Roster for missing team members or incomplete entries.- Update shift changes, leaves, and team member movements in the Virtual Roster.- Meet deadlines for Virtual Roster and Time Manager payroll cut-off.- Daily verification of Time Manager to ensure all approvals are timely.- Prepare payroll correction forms for wrongly paid overtime or deducted hours.- Manage all incoming calls.- Monitor and track leaves, medical certificates, annual leave, and public holidays in lieu, ensuring they tally with Virtual Roster records.- Track Culinary WSH accident folios.- Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar capacity.
Other Prerequisites- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently, with meticulous attention to detail.- Responsible, accountable, and discreet with sensitive/confidential information.- Positive work attitude: committed, enthusiastic, outgoing, and helpful; willing to learn, participate, and assist others.- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Well-groomed, professional appearance at all times.
