Graphic Designer

**Brand Consistency**: Maintain and enhance our brand identity by creating designs that adhere to our brand guidelines and communicate our values effectively.
- **Collaborative Projects**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
- **Campaign Support**: Support marketing campaigns with compelling visuals that drive engagement and conversion.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest design trends and fintech industry developments to ensure our visuals remain fresh and relevant.
- **Web Design**: Develop and update web pages using WordPress or HTML, ensuring design consistency and optimal user experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience
- **Software Proficiency**: Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Wordpress or similar tools.
- **Portfolio**: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including digital and print media.
- **Creativity and Innovation**: Ability to generate creative ideas and innovative design solutions.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback.
- **Time Management**: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

**Optional**:

- **Fintech Experience**: Experience working in the fintech industry or a strong interest in financial technology is a plus.
- **Japanese Language Skills**: Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
- Familiar with using Sketch and Figma

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,000.00 per month
