Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address issues and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Assist with deep cleaning projects, seasonal cleaning tasks, or special events as assigned.

Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional initiatives.

Seek opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in housekeeping operations.

Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to management.
