Requisition ID: 73318 - Drive to establish and automate yield monitoring dashboard in BAW NTI/NPI phase. Create key defect monitoring system and trigger alert and investigation timely on new defect modes or excursions. - Track and close outstanding NTI issues by joint effort with BAW development team, NPI team and other support functions. - Collaborate with FE & BE development team on BAW NTI project DOEs AOI, yield, PCM & parametric analysis to ensure successful release of robust technologies with adequate and quality assessment. - Deep dive into DOE data and mass production data on challenging problem solving. Must be able to generate hypotheses, design DOEs and do technical analysis on the DOE results to ultimately drive solutions on engineering problems. - Expand the current NTI engineering scope to cover probe test engineering solutions and e-test analysis on BAW NTI projects. Under this role, it is expected to bridge the gap between development team and test team on engineering test solutions to achieve project objectives; this role is also expected to catch up and establish FI test analysis capabilities within NTI team to support NTI projects. - Explore and contribute to the database automation project under engineering phase. - Co-lead and drive FMEAs on critical NTI projects. - Support NTI checklist and Business process optimization. - Job Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics engineering, Materials Engineering or Computer science. - At least 10 years of experience in the semiconductor wafer manufacturing industry with exposure to process integration, yield engineering, product engineering and/or process engineering. - Needs to have good understanding of Semiconductor process flow, the abilities on critical thinking and technical deep diving for effective problem solving. Knowledge on RF filter and testing is preferred. - Strong collaboration, communications and presentation skills is required. Travel is occasionally needed (
