**Overview**

**Project Scope and Key Responsibilities**
- **Document Automation**: Set up S-Docs for automatic generation of documents based on Salesforce data.
- **Event Registration**: Enable the direct capture of event registration data into Salesforce.
- **Panel integration**: Enable the direct connection a panel of members and Salesforce and the possibility to manage with Salesforce the annual renewal of panel membership, including payment notification to members and follow-up with late payers.
- **Sales Data Integration**: Ensure WooCommerce sales data is accurately transferred and recorded in Salesforce.
- Improve the integration of WordPress with Salesforce.
- Utilize and optimize current WordPress plugins, such as WPFusion, WooCommerce, Mailchimp, and WPForms, ensuring compatibility with Salesforce.
- Research and recommend alternative plugins if they provide better functionality and compatibility.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all solutions comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Document project workflows, system configurations, and create user manuals for future reference.
- **Project Management and Execution**:

- Develop a detailed project plan, including milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and adjust plans to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders.
- **Post-Implementation Support**:

- Address technical issues, ensure system stability, and refine workflows as needed.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required if supplemented by experience).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience managing and developing IT projects, specifically involving Salesforce.
- Hands-on expertise with WordPress plugins such as WPFusion, WooCommerce, or WPForms, and with Mailchimp.
- Proficiency in Salesforce tools, particularly S-Docs.
- **Skills**:

- Strong technical and project management skills.
- Ability to develop, test, and deploy end-to-end solutions independently.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

**Work Conditions**
- **Position Type**:Part-time (Estimated 15-20 hours/week).
- **Work Arrangement**:Remote.
- **Contract Duration**:3 months with possibility for extension.
- Flexible working hours, with occasional meetings based on project needs.

**Compensation**
