Brief introductory Paragraph
- An Equipment Engineer is to upkeep of the Lithography Process Tools performance, maintenance, to drive or participate in tool and quality improvement activity.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with Lithography scanner, stepper or coater track systems. Example ASML (200/300/400/700/750/850), Nikon (i12/i14/EX14/S204) and TEL track (Mark8/ACT8).

2. Possess knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Statistical Equipment Control (SEC) and collaboration with Process team for line issues.

3. Ability to guide and train Technicians / Associate Engineers for daily tasks.

4. Troubleshoot equipment related issues and minimize the downtime. To improve and sustain equipment Key Performance Indices (KPI) to meet module operation goals.

5. Manage new equipment start up/installation/upgrading for production needs.

6. Implement Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) to improve productivity, cost reduction on equipment maintenance and parts.

7. Participate, brainstorm solutions to address equipment issue, summarize report and share the finding with the team.

8. Reduce and sustain wafers rework rate from equipment related issue.

9. Able to comply with the Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work. Thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.

Required Qualifications:

- Education/Experience
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
- 2 years of working experience in related Electrical / Electronics industry
- Preferred Qualifications: (Please list any skills or attributes you prefer that are not experienced or physical.)
- Comfortable in the English Language - written & verbal
- A good team player
- A logical thinker and practitioner
- Display good ownership and accountability
- Self motivated, meticulous and disciplined
