We are seeking a dedicated and skilled DT Analyst and Programmer with a specialization in Salesforce systems, website management, and database management to join our passionate team and further our mission.

**Position Overview**:
As a DT Analyst and Programmer specializing in Salesforce systems, website management, and database management at Food from the Heart, you will have a pivotal role in enhancing our technological capabilities to support our vital food distribution operations. You will collaborate with various teams to assess requirements, create solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of our Salesforce platform, website, and databases.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Salesforce System Management**:
Administer and configure Salesforce CRM to meet our charity's needs.

Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, and workflows tailored to our operations.

Create and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards for effective data analysis.

Resolve Salesforce-related issues promptly, ensuring mínimal disruptions.

Work closely with our team to gather requirements and provide user support.

Project-manage our external Salesforce consultants to ensure timely deliveries of projects, and that they are within agreed requirements.

**Website Management**:
Manage and maintain our organization's website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.

Ensure our website is responsive, secure, and user-friendly to enhance the donor and volunteer experience.

Implement SEO best practices to improve our online visibility.

Practise security best practices to ensure the safety of our digital assets.

Collaborate with our marketing team to update website content and features as needed.

**Database Management**:
Design, build, and maintain databases to store and manage critical data related to food distribution and donor information.

Develop SQL queries and stored procedures for efficient data retrieval and management.

Perform routine data maintenance, backups, and data integrity checks.

Optimize database performance to support our operations effectively.

**Analysis and Problem-Solving**:
Analyze our food distribution processes and technology needs to identify opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

Develop innovative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

**Documentation and Training**:
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems, websites, and databases.

Provide training and support to end-users and team members to ensure proficient use of our technology.

Facilitate knowledge transfer to promote sustainable operations.

**Others**:
As a member of the FFTH team, you will also be required to partake and support in events related to fundraising and well as for the community.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst and Programmer, with a focus on Salesforce, website development, and database management.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms
- Front-end development such as HTML5, CSS3, BootStrap, Javascript, jQuery, React.js, Node, etc
- Server-side development such as Java, Python, PHP, etc
- Experience using Amazon AWS services to deploy our digital projects
- Strong SQL skills for database development and management, especially MySql
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and business needs.
- Ability to demonstrate excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form
