Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with private and retail banks, and other distribution partners to drive structured products opportunities.
- Originate, structure, and pitch customized derivative and structured solutions across asset classes (equities, rates, FX, commodities, and hybrids).
- Partner closely with structuring and trading desks to deliver competitive pricing, innovative product ideas, and timely execution.
- Monitor market trends and client investment themes to identify opportunities for bespoke solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional client presentations, term sheets, and investment proposals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and suitability standards.
- Support senior sales colleagues in deepening client coverage while gradually taking ownership of accounts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, MBA) a plus.
- 3-8 years of experience in structured products, derivatives sales, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of equity derivatives and familiarity with cross-asset products.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market views into actionable investment solutions.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; fluent in Chinese Mandarin will be a plus.**Job Family Group**:
