shipping andmailing company Pitney Bowes. This strategic investment enhances the Company’s product
offerings for mid-high volume Ecommerce shippers. It also accelerates Pitney Bowes Enterprise Shipping
and Locker go-to-market strategy for the Retail and Pharmacy verticals.
This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral role in the integration project and a key part of this strategy

**Responsibilities**:
Working with a wide range of global enterprise businesses to deliver Cresco Data projects on time and within
budget. Accomplishes project objectives by planning, evaluating andmanaging project activities.
Job duties:
- Creation and ownership of project plan
- Population of project plan with internal and external projects
- Management and ownership of project plan through to delivery
- Reporting on project tracking on time + to budget

- Internal projects & processes
- Creation of quarterly delivery plans based on business and customer requirements
- Continually Improve QA process
- Owns delivery SLA’s and compliance
- Ownsmanagement of JIRA development tasks and administration of weekly sprint priorities.
- Provides weekly reporting and updates on projects
- CustomerWork
- Works with Sales, Customer Success and Solutions Architect to ensure requirements align
with service sold versus delivery
- Review of integration documentation to translate into development scopes of work.
- Management and delivery of customer work on time and on-budget
- Management of internal and external stakeholders and resources to on-board clients
- Facilitate end to end functional testing with customers to ensure sign-off.
- Meet and exceed client expectations
- Management of project budget
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;
explores opportunities to add value and improve processes
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to plans and reviews;
prepares and completes action plans; implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service
standards; resolves problems
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership & project management, attention to detail,
- understanding and demonstrated the use of project management methodologies,
- development & tracking of budgets,
- process improvement, planning, resource management,
- good communication & self management skills, ability to problem solve under pressure,
- eCommerce Marketplace / order fulfillment experience.
- Background in integrations - APIs, EDI.
- Worked in SaaS or experience in managing multiple fast moving projects.
- Worked in an Agile development environment.
