TikTok RTC is the world's leading real-time communication service, providing instant and high-quality multimedia interactions to customers around the world. Working in this team, you will have the opportunity to meet the challenges of advanced audio/video algorithm design and global large-scale real-time communications interaction, while improving your skills in encoding, algorithms and data by working with many outstanding real-time communication professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- To design, configure, and maintain our RTC platform
- Write high-quality codes and perform unit testing and integration testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure product stability and performance
- Monitor and analyze traffic patterns and trends to ensure capacity of (Session Initialisation Protocol) SIP infrastructure - components, resources, and licensing
- Run queries against SIP logs and accounting records to develop monitoring, configure alerting, analyze trends, and aid in troubleshooting
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, maintaining in-depth knowledge of SIP standards and related technologies

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of Linux development experience.
- Proficient in Golang, familiar with C/C++ programming language
- Deep level understanding of RTP, RTCP, TLS, SRTP and related.
- Extensive understanding of SIP trunk topology.
- Familiarity with various country’s telephony rules and regulations and ability to develop routing logic to implement within a global routing environment.
- Able to take initiative and ownership in seeking out solutions for problems to optimize performance and quality.
