**1. Drafting (AutoCAD / BIM)**:

- Prepare and update construction drawings (architectural, structural, M&E, etc.) using AutoCAD or other relevant software.
- Modify shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout plans as per site changes or client feedback.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and timely submissions.
- Maintain drawing registers and version control.

**2. Project Administration**:

- Maintain proper filing and tracking of all project documents, drawings, permits, and correspondences.
- Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and other required documentation.
- Support project team with administrative tasks including documentation for submissions, work progress, and inspections.

**3. Coordination & Communication**:

- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project updates, technical submissions, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate drawing submissions and revisions with relevant stakeholders.

**4. Procurement & Inventory Support**:

- Assist in preparing purchase requisitions and liaising with suppliers for material orders related to drawing specs.
- Track materials delivery and maintain stock records when required.

**5. Site Office Support**:

- Maintain a clean and organized project office.
- Track staff attendance (if required) and assist with HR-related forms for site workers.
- Ensure site admin duties like office supplies, filing, and document control are managed efficiently.
