**Job Descriptions**:

- The Network Engineers shall support the System Administrators (SAs) in their day to day operations, such as Data Center (DC) & network system health checks, network configuration & firmware upgrades, patch record management and serve as Point-of-contact for visitors to IT rooms.
- The Network Engineers must be able to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectation, and producing high quality deliverables (documentations, operation and support, administrative works)
- They must have the relevant skillset in configuring Cisco & Alcatel network devices. It is preferable that the Network Engineers have at least 2 years of working experience on network device configurations and have used network monitoring tools such as Solarwinds. He/she should have a keen sense of troubleshooting network related issues.

**The overall scope for Network Engineers in general covers below**:

- DC & Network System Health Checks
- Network Configurations & Firmware Upgrades
- Patch Record Management
- Point-of-Contact for External Visitors to IT rooms
- Miscellaneous IT Operations-related Tasks

**QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**:

- Good project management and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within targeted time-frames and maintaining high levels of professionalism at all times
- Good customer service skills
- Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across projects, control teams & customers.
- Experience working under mínimal supervision from management with a strong commitment to team participation.
