1. Job Brief

1. Reporting
- Head of Security

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop IT GRC management framework and processes that gel with Security

Strategy.
- Develop and maintain Security Policy.
- Ensuring that requirements in IT Audit, Standard, Policy, Compliance and Risk

controls are met.
- Responsible for the maintaining the Risk Registries.
- Define and deliver measures to ensure the effectiveness of controls.
- Develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) for each

critical system.
- Provide GRC consultancy and best practices to multi cross functional business

teams.
- Conduct security user awareness training.
- Translating business requirements into GRC requirements.
- Grow GRC team competence in GRC domain.

**Requirements**:

- Security related certifications (Eg. CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ISO27001

Lead Auditor)
- Persistence, stakeholders influence and attention to detail personality.
- Open minded to explore new security initiatives.

Must have:

- Competence to define effective audit requirements and technique.
- Managing Risk Management Framework.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience focusing Information Security GRC leadership role

in the corporate environment.
- Prior hand-on technical working experience in least 1 of the domains:
Infrastructure, Network, Software development, Databases and Cloud
Services (Azure, AWS, etc).
- Knowledge in any IT Security Standards or Compliance Frameworks: NIST,

ISO27001, SOC1/2, etc.
