As we embark on this journey, it is imperative to have a strong Risk & Control framework, supporting this goal through an independent but integral Internal Control organization. This role is responsible for the coordination of Issue Management and Manager Control Assessment (MCA) for GWM Lending in APAC **Responsibilities**: Ability to identify and manage risks inherent to GWM Lending business in APAC Coordinate calls and periodic reviews with key stakeholders to complete deep dive assessments of new concerns identified by the Business and outstanding regulatory MRA/ MRIA issues, Corrective Action Plans and underlying milestones. Management of the Issue Management process end-to-end Support the management of the Manager Control Assessment (MCA)/self-testing and risk management process at a Global level for Global Wealth Management (GWM) Lending Business Coordination of MCA the cycles and ARCMs management. Collaborate with the Product Program Lead to ensure that the Operational and Compliance risk stripes are accurately Risk Rated and in compliance with the Policy requirements Coordinate with the MCA Global Manager to monitor the controls related Wholesale Credit and Margin Lending Support the Global Lending Risk and Control team with ad hoc projects and deliverables to improve the groups oversight of Risk & Control and Issue Management across CPB Lending Business. Support regulatory projects Support the coordination of key projects as needed Keep Management aware of the risk and control environment of the Business through continuous and open communication. **Qualifications**: Significant experience in Operational Risk Management, Audit, Compliance or other control function Knowledge MCA methodology Proven ability to effectively engage with internal and external clients, regulators and internal control functions including Internal Audit and Fundamental Credit Risk as well as with external audit Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation skills -------------------------------------------- - **Job Family Group**: Risk Management -------------------------------------------- - **Job Family**: Business Risk & Controls ------------------------------------------------- - **Time Type**: Full time ------------------------------------------------- - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
