**Who is the Intern - Technology (Data Science, Generative AI) for IT APAC Team?**

We are looking for Data Science/Generative AI intern who wants to gain some real-world experience. This internship will be for a period of 3 - 6 months (can start on May).

As an Intern - Technology (Data Science and Generative AI) from day one, you will take ownership and contribute to key parts of our technology, here’s what you can expect to do:

- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data from multiple sources to be used in various projects.
- Support in the development and implementation of algorithms to extract valuable insights and patterns from large datasets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Research and stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in data science, machine learning, and AI applicable to supply chain management and customer support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with data to derive insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and ideas effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience or coursework in supply chain analytics, customer analytics, churn prediction, or AI-based customer support is a plus.

Learning Outcome
- Build and learn how to build predictive models for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain risk management using machine learning algorithms.
- Enhance communication skills by presenting findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to diverse stakeholders, fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Work on hands-on projects or research tasks that involve generating realistic data or content, fostering innovation and problem-solving in generative AI.
- Practice documenting research methodologies, findings, and outcomes in a clear and organized manner, enabling effective knowledge sharing.
