**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Full Stack DevelopmentDevelop robust backend systems using Java Spring Boot,.NET Core, and Django/Flask frameworks.
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and libraries.
- Database ManagementDesign and manage relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL Server.
Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity and security.
- Testing and DebuggingPerform unit, integration, and system testing to ensure software quality.
Debug and resolve issues in a timely manner to meet project deadlines.
- Code Reviews and CollaborationParticipate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Continuous ImprovementStay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Identify areas for improvement in existing systems and processes and provide actionable recommendations.

**Required Skills**:

- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java,.NET (C#), and Python.
- Frameworks: Experience with Spring Boot,.NET Core, Django, and Flask.
- Frontend Technologies: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Databases: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Version Control: Proficiency in using Git and other version control systems.
- Development Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- CI/CD: Hands-on experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) principles and design patterns.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Experience in microservices architecture and service-oriented design.
- Familiarity with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis, Memcached).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Master’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
