**Responsibilities**:
- Work with a team to develop and manage volunteer framework to support community health programmes, which includes:
- Planning, coordination of programme activities and volunteer training efforts
- Tracking volunteering efforts and management of volunteer and participant databases
- Identification of community needs and evolving volunteer roles to support population health initiatives
- Evaluate programme effectiveness and initiate appropriate follow-up actions to improve effectiveness
- Management of programme budget and handling submissions
- Engage community stakeholders to roll out community health volunteer programmes
- Develop and implement community health programmes
- Carry out projects and assignments as and when assigned
**Job Requirements**
- Preferably degree in business or social sciences.
- Prior experience in strategic planning, community engagement, volunteer management in healthcare industry or public/civil service would be advantageous.
- An ability to work with all levels, and influence behaviours to get work done.
- Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Resourcefulness in problem solving and resilient in overcoming challenges.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage projects with mínimal supervision.
- Meticulous and pays attention to details.
