- **efine reliability assessment plan f**or new package technologies with f**ailure mechanism-based approach and determine the technical capability o**f a package technology to meet the specified reliability requirements(including set-up of customer mission profile) I
- dentify new failure modes, d**etect unexpected results, statistical outliers a**nd also potential risks which are not covered by standards E
- **xecute reliability stress tests and physical analyses ,** evaluate and assess reliability data, derive conclusions and recommendations P
- articipate in project discussions on package delta analyses and risk assessments S
- upport q**ualification of new packages / processes a**nd production changes

**ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B**
- achelor’s or Master’s degree in M**aterials Science / Physics/Electrical & Electronics Engineering E**:

- xperience in F**rontend and Backend semiconductor manufacturing industry ,** r**eliability and qualification a**re preferred B
- e able to work independently, pro-actively and drive value through improvement activities B
- e a strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills F
- amiliarity with P**roblem solving technique, statistical analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methodology, Python programming and Tableau w**ill be advantageous. E
