Splyt’s Product team is a talented group of product managers, designers and data analysts working on defining product solutions by deeply understanding customer problems, designing delightful UX solutions and generating data and insights to guide the product roadmap and iterations across Splyt’s product suite.
**The role**

In your role as Junior Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and executing on a product roadmap that entails identifying customer needs, gathering requirements from internal departments like Business Development, Finance, Customer Experience as well as firming up API and SDK integration needs with external partners.
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Execute on a product roadmap, vision, and strategy defined for the numerous integration products
- End-to-end owner of standardising partner on-boarding, development, testing, & integration
- Work closely with the existing Product, Design & Engineering teams to create and implement agile processes to guide product development
- Define and execute core updates and enhancements to the partner integrations of our ride hailing, micromobility and other vertical offerings to enable new experiences for both testing and scaling
- Partner-facing and internal API tooling strategy and execution (e.g. test tooling, mock utilities, developer portal capabilities)
- Create launch plans and conduct partner on-boarding, development, testing, & integration for new launches
- Technical product and partner policy choices, including authentication and certification requirements
- Responsible for assessing and driving any API updates requested by partners, and internal stakeholders, consulting with legal, privacy, and engineers

**Who we are looking for**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a product management role.
- Technical understanding and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with agile development methodologies, working closely with engineering teams and other stakeholders across all stages of product discovery and development
- Proactive, iterative and practical approach to solving problems, the ability to find a new way when your original plan doesn't work as expected
- Are highly detail-oriented and thrive in a busy environment where impact and velocity of execution are paramount.

**We'd love it if you have**:

- Background in the on-demand services space
- JIRA understanding
- Grasp of API design and how these are used by 3rd parties is a big plus
