**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting

1 Daily Update of Project / Operation Progress to immediate superior.

2 Any others job request from Supervisors from time to time must obey the instruction.

3 Any employee request transport should get approval from responsible person (Site manager/ person in charge).

Attendance

4 To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.

5 To update team member/Supervisor at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave, in order to minimize downtime

6 Not to take more than 2 days leave continously. If required to take more than 2 days leave must get approval from Supervisor atleast one week in advance.

7 If not feeling well and can not report to work due to medical leave must report to Supervisor immediately in the morning and also convey message to team member as well.

Maintenance of Vehicle

8 Keep the vehicle clean and in good maintenance condition always.

9 Record the destination and mileage of travelling on the vehicle log book and report to Supervisor weekly basis.

10 Keep record on vehicle maintance service documents as reference.

11 Request for periodical service to admin department.

12 To keep update the checklist on daily basic for vehicle condition e.g oil, break and etc.

13 Always check all vehicle documents (site inspection) validity and inform to superior in advance

14 Must do disinfection of the vehicle after the trip completed and prepare the report for record.

15 Need to do water wash the vehicle weekly basis with the full clean (Internal and external clean)

16 Plan for schedule maintenance on time for the vehicle.

17 Track the insurance and road tax expiry prepare for the on time payment.

Safe Drive

18 To driver company vehicle by giving safety as the most priority.

19 Comply to law such as no over loading, no speeding and illegal parking.

20 Do not exceed posted speed limits and take care of the passengers safety traveling at vehicle.

21 Do not consume alcohol and stop smoking while driving the vehicle.

22 Do not use mobile phone while driving. Stop at corner of road and answer the call if urgent.

Task to work

22 Materials shifting for equipment installation / project needs.

23 Transporting staff and workers to project sites (outside or inside site).

24 To driver and maintain company car and despatch company documents.

25 Always keep the document e.g license,BSP etc while driving.

Additional task

26 Driver to support workers transport during lunch time if required

27 May required to share vehicle with other drivers

28 To drive Forklift as well if required. (with valid license)
