- Plan work sequences and manpower deployment for site activities.
- Attend meetings and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design or on-site issues during the construction phase.
- Supervise site workers and monitor subcontractor performance on-site.
- Conduct quality checks and attend inspections at both the workshop and construction site.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and consumables for each construction project.
- Oversee project execution to ensure completion according to approved drawings, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and resolve delays, technical issues, or other site challenges promptly.
- Ensure all on-site work complies with safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintain proper inventory and ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained for both workshop and site use.
- Compile and organize all necessary documentation required for inspections, site work, and claims.
- Provide regular updates to the project team on site progress.
- Prepare Method of Statement (MOS) and Method Statement for Risk Assessment (MSRA) presentations for client review.
- Proactively identify potential project challenges and discuss mitigation strategies with the team.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma or higher qualification in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or Tekla is an added advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to liaise with local and overseas clients.
- Willing to work in outdoor environments.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is a plus.
- 5-day work week.

- Able to work under minimum supervision, matured, independent and pro-active.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
