**Job Description**:

- Proactive handling of aftersales service queries from walk-in or call-in customers.
- Listen and understand customers’ issues /feedback on products.
- Document relevant details of inquiries, comments and complaints about follow up with the Technical team to ensure product issues are accurately identified and resolved.
- Ensure each and every aftersales’ customer case is thoroughly follow-through.
- Manage customer disputes or dissatisfaction and ensure complicated cases are escalated to the right department or higher authority
- Deliver personalized customer experience while ensuring consistency in service standards

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE “O” level qualification or Higher Nitec in Service Management or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience with luxury/high-end goods.
- Excellent telephone etiquette with passion for customer service
- Team player with strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills
- Well-groomed and presentable.
