Management Trainee

**Responsibilities**:
- Reporting to the Operations Manager and/or Restaurant Service Manager, the Management Trainee will ensure daily smooth operation of the restaurant together with the team members of the shift such as table assignment, coverage of assigned stations, delivering assigned duties timely and up keeping of hygiene and sanitation.
- Ensure active implementation and adherence to restaurant and brand standards
- Deliver consistent and high level of guests satisfaction professionally in accordance to the brand and hotel standards
- Ability to handle and make sound decision from guests feedback and highlight and abnormalities observed that requires action to be taken
- Interact with guest and provide suggestive selling as and when necessary
- Participate during daily briefing, highlight operational issues for discussion and ensure proper shift-handover
- Develop and maintain good working relationship with the team and other departments with high level of communication and cooperation in the interest of the hotel and department
- Assist when necessary on department financial performance such as expenses, cost control and achieves annual budget with the team
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
**Talent Profile**:
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent
- Preferable with a year guest relations experience in the Food & Beverage sector
- Computer literate with system knowledge on WinCheck, ResPAK, Micros ad NetVuePoint
- Ability to work in a fast ac environment and be updated on the fast changing Food & Beverages scene
- Has excellent communication and analytical thinking skills
- A strong team player and able to work independently
