Dry Docking
- Plan, assist and manage Dry Docking preparations and ensures vessel’s dry-docking plan / schedule / budget has been arranged before due date.
- Coordinate with the Superintendent & Vessel crew in completion of dry-docking specifications / repair work scope for docking preparation.
- Liaise with Vendors in sourcing for quotation (Shipyards, Spares & Services) and ensure the Vendor availability is align on the Docking Schedule and to prepare budget for management approval.
- Create docking work schedule, timeline.
- Set up and manage clear and concise reports, covering all aspects of vessel dry dockings for the Marine Division, enabling management to assess cost and schedule of vessels dockings and maintenance.
- Assist management and technical department in performing cost analysis and financial planning for the dry docking and maintenance works of vessels.

Procurement:

- Ensure all requisition form raised (by vessels or office) are sourced, evaluated, negotiated.
- Create Purchase Order / Service Work Order correctly to enable proper resourcing and produce accurate PO/SWO.
- Ensure confirmation of goods and services delivered or completed respectively is recorded.
- Support Account’s payables for follow-up monitoring & tracking Delivery Orders (DO) and submitted for Good Receipt processing within 30 days after completion or orders or service job completion.

Maintenance
- Maintain and update Vessels Engine Overhaul Status report in monthly basis.
- Monitors Engine Overhaul due dates and liaise with Superintendent’s overhaul plans, cost, and schedule.
- Monitor close out of Vessel defect reports (VDR).

Vessel Class Survey Status
- Monitor Vessels’ Classification Survey status and provide reports to vessel superintendents and management for due dates.
- Liaise with Vessel Superintendent on plans and schedule for Class Surveys.

TM Master Administration:

- TM Master Administrator; To monitor, update and report:
a. Planned Maintenance Deviation
b. Lube Oil samples for analysis
c. Machinery Running Hours
d. Trading Certificates for Renewal
e. Purchase Requests
f. Stocks Inventory
g. Replication Status
- To create User ID for new users & manage TM settings (TMM Admin).

Document Control:

- Monitor and Control Technical Team Documents and maintain files in Fleet-tech drive.
- Assist Technical Department in preparing Management reports (docking / maintenance / costing / scheduling) as required.
- Prepare and provide documents and evidence for Technical Team in line with Audit.
- Update and present MOM for Daily fleet meeting.
- Any other duties related as assigned by Manager and Management.

**Job Requirement**
- Years of Working Experience Preferred:

- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
- Academic and Professional Qualifications: Bachelor Degree
- Additional Knowledge:
- At least 2 years of experience with Computerized maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Experience in purchasing systems will be advantageous.

Computer / IT Skills:
- Able to work with CMMS solution such as Tero Marine's TM Master (PMS, Inventory, Procurement), knowledge in Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Visio, MS SharePoint, Dynamic Navision System

Other Requirements:
- Strong communications and project management skills.
- Able to produce high-quality technical reports, standards and guidelines, and presentation to peers and senior management
