User Access Management Officer, Operation Department

**Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for carrying out system administrator duties for related systems.
- Responsible for carrying out administrator duties on User Management Platform by managing all users access recorded in the platform.
- Responsible for monitoring and managing deviant user access on BANCSLINK system.
- Responsible for monitoring and managing abnormal user access information found on User Management Platform.
- Responsible for sending out reminders to system administrators from other departments to delete system access of users who resigned or transferred department.
- Responsible for completing log checks of clearing house systems as per requested by other stakeholders.
- Responsible for system administrator related monthly report.
- Responsible for checking user access information on BANCSLINK, and conducting spot checks on user access information of other systems, adjusting all problems found during the process.
- Responsible for handling phone calls related to users’ access issues.
**Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a recognized Diploma or equivalent in the related discipline
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese language in both spoken and written form for communicating with Chinese counterparts
- Minimum 1 year of relevant banking experience
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
