Accounts Responsibilities
- Handling full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivables (AR)
- Ensure all PO & invoices are processed in an accurate and timely manner
- Data entry of payments received into accounting software and follow up with clients on outstanding payments
- Liaise closely with clients and internal service & sales team to resolve payment related matters
- Prepare SOA for Corporate clients
- Perform weekly and monthly closing reports
- Prepare service contracts for clients upon maturity of contract
- Perform stock checks of warehouse & van every month end
- General administrative & ad-hoc duties.
HR Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll and generate payroll report
- Maintain records and compile reports such as recruitment,attendance, leave etc.
- Prepare employment contracts and HR letters
- Prepare annual IR8A for submission to IRAS
- Creating job descriptions, advertising on all job platforms, and handling full recruitment process
- Assist in shortlisting, recruiting and arranging of interviews during the recruitment process
- Liaise with insurance companies regarding company and staff insurance matters
- Handle MOM work pass related matters
- Prepare and submit Government surveys
- Register and update employee's training courses and training grants
**Requirements**:
- Meticulous and ability to Multi-task
- Independent and good team player
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Good communication skills in English AND Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,600.00 per month
