**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- To convert leads obtained from online platform into sales transactions
- To represent company to serve customers
- To make sales calls and contact both potential and present customers to close sales
- To attend to walk-in customers and provide healthcare consultation
- Keep updated on product knowledge and promotion scheme
- Upgrade sales closing skill constantly through in house and external training
- Participate in company event, road show, seminars to conduct sales consultation and promote product and service to the visitors
- To maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers
- To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries, complaints and consuming experience
