**Key Responsibilities**:
**Calendaring**
- Responsible for managing complex calendars for Stakeholders, scheduling internal and external meetings, communicating with clients and support staff as appropriate.
- Coordinating internal meetings; interviews, staff meetings, etc.
- Complex Project scheduling (involves different parties and timezone)

**Travel Arrangement**

**Financial Administration**
- Prepare monthly timesheets
- Prepare all expense reports
- Preparation of office invoices using the iProcurement system

**CRM and Client Support**
- Accurate update and maintenance of client contacts
- Ensuring Activity Tracking while managing Stakeholders’ calendars
- Assist the Marketing Department with the co-ordination of customised mailings.
- Provide coverage for Assistants when out of the office to ensure seamless support to Stakeholders

**Other Admin**
- All admin support for Stakeholders, including but not limited to meeting room bookings, printing & binding and other adhoc requests

**Person Specification**:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and formal/business correspondence and able to deal with people at all levels across a multicultural environment.
- At least two to three years’ experience at working in an administrative position
- Service focused - dedicated to meeting the expectations of all staff through securing effective relationships with clients and executing deliverables to the highest standards.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage one’s own time. Not a clock watcher or someone who is unwilling to step outside the job description.
- One who takes constructive feedback in stride and incorporates feedback quickly.
- Ability to manage a heavy work volume and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and stickler for accuracy.
- Commit to the company’s values and add to the life and culture of Oliver Wyman.

**Skills**:

- Diploma or Degree in any equivalent qualification
- Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Expert knowledge of Outlook
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics), a plus but not necessary
