**Position Summary**:
Working as part of the tight-knit Hospitality team, you will report to the Office Service Manager and is responsible for providing client catering services.

**Duties and Accountabilities**:
Additional Responsibilities
- Getting pantry set up and ready for the day. Maintain cleanliness daily in pantry
- Maintain cleanliness daily in Meeting Rooms include dusting and cleaning the video screen/tv and iPad, ensure tables and chairs are clean.
- Working closely with reception on preparation of meeting rooms. Will be given instructions in advance. All used cutlery to be cleared in a timely manner once meetings are over
- Washing/clearing sink of soiled glasses, mugs, plates, etc.
- Clear dishwasher of cleaned mugs, plates etc daily.
- Compiling and placing pantry supply orders and replenishment of water cooler
- Topping up of refreshments in the various refrigerators located office wide
- Catering to the needs of meetings/internal lunch etc. taking place.
- Work with reception for Fruit Days and Fruit Juice Days
- Wiping reception table
- Assist to spot clean the main glass doors and side doors, glass mirror near sofa at reception daily
- Sweep carpet occasionally at the main entrance and elsewhere as required
- Mopping pantry daily after lunch
- Assist to purchase milk for pantry use, fruits for meetings and pick up lunch when required
- Other ad hoc duties

**Qualification**:

- Speaks English
- Relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with pleasant disposition, hardworking and committed.
