Roles & Responsibiltes

1. **Dismantle & Reassemble Instrumentation Equipement**

v Identify Potential sources of hazard prior to dismantling.

v Use crt procedure and correct method of dismantling

v Carry out the crt isolation and disconnection procedure

v Identify check & prepare components.

**2. **Monitor & Maintain the condition of Instrumental Equipement**

v Adjust Instruments to meet the Operating specification

v Make adjustements with Miniumum discruption to any ongoing & Minimum waste of resources.

v Monitor & Record what has been carried out in work history or log.

**3. **Diagnose Faults in Equipement**

v Respond promptly to prblms in line with approved procedures.

v Carry out visual close and detailed inspections on EX equipement.

v Use the results of inspections to determine appropriate actions to take.

v Record an accurate and full description in the appropriate actions to take.

v Record an accurare and full description in the appropriate documents history.

**4. **Monitor and Manintain Pollution Control Measures**

v Unplanned Discharges to the Environment are identified halted where possible and reported according to policy procedure and regulation.

v Relevant PPE is used to deal with unplanned discharges using company procedures.

v Equipement waste or other materials for disposal are dealt with according to the correct procedure.

v Enviromental protection & pollution control are enforced effectively with collegues subordinates and subcontractors.
