## Job Overview:
## Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients' physical conditions and medical histories to create tailored treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to relieve pain and promote mobility using manual therapy, exercises, and specialized equipment.
- Guide patients through physical exercises and movements designed to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery exercises and home-care programs to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain detailed records of patients' progress, treatment plans, and responses to therapy.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation technology.
- Promote preventative measures to improve patient quality of life and prevent future injuries or impairments.

## Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state or national certification/licensure to practice physiotherapy.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physical therapy modalities, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to motivate and inspire patients during their recovery process.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor treatments to individual patient needs.

## Preferred Skills:

- Experience with specialized rehabilitation programs such as sports injury therapy, neurological rehabilitation, or post-surgical rehabilitation.
- Certifications in advanced physiotherapy techniques such as dry needling, manual therapy, or kinesio taping.
- Familiarity with the use of physiotherapy software for patient management and documentation.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
