**Position Title**: Executive, FP&A
**Job Profile**: Financial Analysis Associate Analyst
**Reports to**: Financial Analysis Lead Analyst (solid line)
**Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results**:
Support quarterly forecasting of the P&L to reflect recent changes in the business drivers
Monthly reporting results and providing detailed explanation for variances
Track key performance metrics and provide justification for variances based on in-depth analysis
Plan for HC and operational expenditures, and track execution
Liaise with related parties of other regions to budget for intercompany allocations in and out, and track actuals
Timely submission of regional deliverables
Support annual 5-year planning
Deliver a range of ad hoc tasks as required
**Key Challenges/Anticipated Changes in Environment**:
The need to improve operational efficiency
Support new product and strategic initiatives from local and regional
**Developmental Value of Position**:
Broad exposure to all aspect of business operations
Develop analytic and financial modeling skills
**Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements**:
Finance or Actuarial graduate
Financial analysis skills with ability to pick up on financial trends and communicate effectively with management to ensure the business can take appropriate actions.
Dynamic individual able to work with a broad range of people across the organization.
Results oriented individual with a drive for continuous improvement and proven success in achieving goals
Ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Problem Solving - ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Knowledge of Oracle and HFM
