**As a VP/SVP, Finance Business Partner, your key responsibilities include**:

- Stakeholder partnership and advisory - acting as a key point of contact and supporting various divisions and teams’ business leaders in advice and financial matters direction.
- Strong knowledge of FP&A methodologies to provide periodic financial reporting and analysis to steer business performance and manage costs.
- Guide business operations to meet business goals against budgeting policies.
- Perform financial modelling as required by the business in decision-making discussions.
- Lead budget planning, forecasting, benchmarking, and appraisal analysis.
- Keep abreast of finance best practices and provide improvements, as necessary.
- At least 12 years of relevant finance experience with strong finance business partnering role(s).
- Strong knowledge and experience in FP&A and finance controllership.
- Experience in performing/leading benchmarking studies.
- Prior leadership experience in leading a team.
- Experience working closely with senior management or business leaders to drive financial performance or an equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as required to present regularly to senior management/C-suite business stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
