Primary responsibility is to welcome, assist and inform customers within the spa but not limited to, retail, membership, beauty & massage services, fitness programs and pool. The Spa Receptionist will handle customers for check in procedure, treatment reservation and check out. He/She will also be in charge of guiding and recommending the most appropriate treatment to their needs and customize the guest experience. He/she will focus on continuous improvement through the reductions of defects, increasing guest satisfaction and maximizing guest satisfaction, spa therapists proficiency and spa reservation profitability. The Gold Standards will be understood and practiced on a daily basis. The Spa Receptionist will also collect and update customer data base and protect information’s confidentiality.
