**Project Finance, VP/FVP**
**Highlights**
- KDB Singapore is looking for a Project Finance, VP/FVP to join our APAC Project Finance Team in Singapore.
- The role will be mainly responsible for supporting the execution of financial advisory mandates, including negotiation/coordination process with relevant stakeholders (clients, lenders, authorities, other advisors, etc.), financial modelling and other advisory tasks. The role will also include some debt execution mandates, including initial transaction review, due diligence and internal process.
**Responsibilities
**o PF Financial Advisory (APAC excluding Australia/NZ)**
- Build financial model, run sensitivities and oversee the modeling work stream of the analysts;
- Assist in developing financing plan, in tariff optimization and in preparing requests for proposals, Information Memorandum and presentations for lenders/sponsors;
- Support clients in reviewing and negotiating project/finance documents;
- Support the clients in the preparation of the due diligence materials and support the lenders in their due diligence process;
- Provide relevant advisory services requested by clients; and
- Support origination of the advisory mandates (drafting of proposals, presentations, etc.)
**o PF Debt Execution (APAC excluding Korea but including Australia/NZ)**
- Analyse the project and financing structure, identify project risks and assess the required mitigation;
- Prepare initial review report and draft responses to the clients;
- Support Head Office with due diligence review and credit approval process;
- Assist in documentation and KYC process; and
- Perform all other duties requested by the Head office.
**Requirements**:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, investment and/or relevant work experience in project finance / infrastructure finance
- Min 7 years' experience in project finance or other relevant transactions
- Proven capability in structuring and executing project finance transactions based on extensive knowledge
- Financial advisory experience, including modeling and financial structuring
- Strong credit and financial analytical skills with experience in industry research. Prior experience in the Power, Renewable and/or Infrastructure sectors is required.
- Excellent financial modeling skills
- Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, supportive and collaborative
- Networks with project finance financiers and sponsors in the APAC region would be a plus
