**Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact with prospects and customers on the digital platforms. Engage and nurture prospects with the goal of facilitating them along the customer journey towards test drives and sales. Partner with retail sales teams in achieving customer service and sales target
- To screen for qualified leads via various channel in Genesys, transiting the customer to test drives via Mobility Genius, leading to sales. Sustain interests with the aim to escalate leads from warm to hot
- Collaborate with various internal teams, such as marketing, sales, product, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience across channels and touchpoints
- To deliver personalized and timely service over various communication channels to ensure customer’s queries are answered professionally in an effective and efficient manner
- Ask questions to understand customers’ needs and deliver the appropriate product knowledge and technical concepts that is relevant and engaging to them
- Create & maintain a robust customer profile in Salesforce/LMS for each potential customers by understanding who they are, what bought them to us, their intent and timeline to purchase so as to enrich our understanding of their lifetime value
- Perform upsell / cross-sell of products and services, as well as promotions to customers, when applicable
- Gather customers' feedback and provide timely feedback to the Manager on issues for improvement (Digital Direct Process)
- Accurately documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and relevant details in SalesForce system. Updating customer profiles and maintaining accurate records
- Assist with ad-hoc initiatives/projects when required by management

**Job Requirements**
- Preferably with a Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably with at least 2 years of proven and relevant work experience in converting warms to hot leads via digital space, preferably in automotive, banking or FMCG environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Tools (e.g. Excel, Power-Point & Word)
- Possess excellent communication skills (digital, verbal and in person), strong relationship building and engagement skills
- Highly resilient, target driven and passionate about delivering great customer experience, with aspirations to develop a career in the automotive industry
- Able to work well in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
- Comfortable to work OT and/or weekend when needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Telesales/Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
