The Legal Director is a strategic business partner role with responsibilities in ensuring legal and corporate governance within the organization. This role will provide legal advice on business operations and contracts, implementing internal legal formalities in subsidiaries as well as ensuring regulatory compliance in accordance with local regulations and internal policies and guidelines.

**Main responsibilities for you include**:

- Development and execution of business cases for regional strategic and commercial initiatives
- Support and take the lead in negotiating and preparing complex distribution contracts, commercial agreements, procurement agreements, employment-law agreements.
- Monitor contract processes to ensure that contracts are following legal, regulatory and organization’s contractual guidelines and policies.
- Be the key point of contact for advising stakeholders on investment, road mapping, and strategy decisions
- Provide proactive legal advice to achieve business and strategic objectives while fully and appropriately managing and leveraging legal risk.
- Top academic qualification like a Bachelor’s degree in Law / Economics
- Demonstrates strategic thinking by anticipating internal/external business issues an developments; uses knowledge to drive improvements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Flexibility to travel; Require frequent travelling to regional
countries
