**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**: Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- **Data Management**: Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other records.
- **Office Organization**: Maintain an organized workspace, order office supplies, and assist in managing inventory.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- **Customer Service**: Greet visitors, assist clients or customers, and provide exceptional service.
- **Ad Hoc Tasks**: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
