**Qualifications & Experience**
- Preferably a Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma holders will also be considered for the Engineer role.
- Must have 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience assisting senior engineers and working independently on daily technical tasks.

**Required Skills & Certifications**
- Possess **CCNA** or an equivalent networking qualification (minimum requirement).
- Basic understanding of **virtualization technologies** (e.g., working with VMs).
- Fundamental knowledge of **cybersecurity technologies**, including firewalls and antivirus solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Support senior engineers in daily operational tasks such as deploying laptops for training/exercises.
- Assist users in preparing for cyber exercises, including setting up Windows OS and user accounts.
- Perform **routine operations and support (O&S)** functions:

- Conduct basic system health checks on servers and storage.
- Carry out system backups and check server status.
- Configure IPs and VLANs for training environments.
- Perform OS patching.

**Technical Competency Check**
- Provision new servers and client VMs.
- Set up a new **Active Directory (AD)** server.
- Configure **vNICs** and interconnect multiple VMs.

**Technical Interview Process**
- The interview will involve working with actual hardware and tools to complete a practical setup.
- The session is expected to last approximately **half a day**.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
