**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food & Beverage Management**:

- Develop a new F&B business model to align with strategic goals of the Club, requirements of its members whilst enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with the F&B committee and Main Committee on the business models, financial analyses and Key Performance Indicators.
- Lead the implementation of aligned F&B strategies, developing the right In-house support structure and collaborating with 3rd party operators, if applicable.
- Curate and oversee an extensive drinks portfolio to ensure diverse and high-quality offerings.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support seamless operations and procurement.
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for menus to optimize profitability and competitiveness.
- Create and maintain budgets for food and beverage operations, including forecasting and cost control.
- Conduct thorough sales and performance analysis to identify trends, drive improvements, and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and manage partnerships and sponsorships within the F&B sector to enhance brand presence and opportunities.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures together with our partner to maintain high standards across all F&B operations.
- Manage POS system to streamline transactions and inventory processes, while also leveraging data insights to enhance our offering and performance.
- Design and deliver comprehensive service training programs to improve team performance and member satisfaction.
- Develop and implement standard operational procedures to ensure consistence and high-quality delivery.
- Lead end-to-end together with the events manager the wide range of events, including private parties, corporate functions, club events and sport socials.
- Work closely with the membership department and sports teams to develop a robust and action-packed events and socials calendar

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month

- Bachelor's or equivalent (required)
