**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to business and operations units on commercial law, technology law, company law, contract law, intellectual property law, trust law and etc.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including but not limited to agreements with suppliers/vendors, commercial contracts, non-disclosure agreements, intellectual property contracts.
- Support M&A activities, venture investments, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships when required.
- Manage and mitigate legal risks and if required, to work with external counsels.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide legal guidance on various projects and initiatives.
- Setup the the legal framework for the organization.
- Assist with corporate secretarial and Board matters.
- Monitor and advice on legal and regulatory developments impacting operations in Singapore and regionally.
- Manage and maintain contract templates.
- Manage the document management systems and handle ad-hoc duties as required.

**Job Requirement**
- LLB and Bar Admission in Singapore.
- At least 5-8 years PQE with international legal exposure.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, technology law and intellectual property law.
- Experience in drafting commercial contracts and providing M&A advisory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong drafting skills and proficiency in English.
- Knowledge / proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia will be an advantage.
- Adaptable to change and able to embrace improvements in a progressive organization.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, manage multiple concurrent deliverables, and meet deadlines while managing business expectations.
