**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairing of air-conditioners.
- Perform on-site testing of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Recommend preventive measures and provide resolutions to technical problems.
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to service partners.
- Assisting team lead in planning daily manpower schedule.
- Handle work process procedures on spare parts, billings, job sheets closing and report preparation.

**Your Skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills in resolving customers needs.
- Good knowledge of ACMV, HVAC, Home Electronics.

**Your Profile**:

- Possess a Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- A valid Class 3 driving license is advantageous.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various environmental conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive learning attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
