**Key responsibilities**:
Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies and complies with IMS (Integrated Management System) rules & regulations.

Proposal of continuous performance improvement plans which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis.

Coordination with vessels systems team for effective database implementation and vessel information database update.

Prepare and issue PMS database, which will include component tree, equipment maker and type, jobs and spare parts

Ensures delivery of maintenance database for new buildings, and that all jobs delivered are in compliance with CMA Ships' maintenance policy.

Responds to vessels and Fleet Superintendents on validated requests that are in compliance with CMA Ships maintenance policy.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:
Experienced engineer in similar role or with relevant technical skills

Knowledge of PMS software; proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Seafarer experience with good vessels’ knowledge, and associated maintenance will be advantageous

Ability to analyze, trouble shoot and be result orientated

Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment

**This role is opened for local employment only.
