- Unravel was founded in Q4/2021 with headquarters in Singapore.**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Financial Management**
- Leading the accounting and finance functions
- Develop key financial models, including 3-5 year projections, with detailed modelling up to 3 years
- Lead on understanding the business’ key business metrics, evaluate, making sense and suggesting ways to improve on them
- Supporting senior stakeholders in all business reviews
- Managing the valuation, budgeting, fundraising and long-term planning process
- Generating reports & analysis to assist in decision making
- Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury related activities
- Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies
- Providing oversight on tax, internal controls and audit related matters
- Supporting corporate governance and development - preparing the company’s data room for investors, and providing investor updates monthly

**Operations, Technology and Systems**
- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
- Draw on relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide, and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs
- Adhere to the company’s policies and standards, and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed
- Work closely with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment

**Human Resources**
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, off-boarding, employee check-ins and exit interviews, and other human resource needs
- Responsible for all human resources (HR) functions including hiring practices, employee review policies, professional development, and other HR activities
- Assure compliance with applicable HR, employment and personnel laws and regulations
- Maintain updated personnel and operations policies and procedures and ensure compliance
- Train and orient staff on personnel policies and procedures
- Oversee hiring and supervision of all administrative staff and administrative volunteers
- Design and review the company’s employee benefits program, which include staff health and medical insurance programme, selecting benefits vendors and oversee the enrolment and renewal of these policies

**Others**
- Track and manage Unravel’s Objectives and Key Results (OKR) process and ensure the goal-setting framework is in place.
