Singapore Search Personnel Full time

**Position : Accounts Executive -FULL SETS/GST/IRAS**
- **Location : Tagore Lane**
- **Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday : 9.00am - 6.00pm / 8.30am - 5.30pm**
- **Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4200 + Variable bonus + 14 days AL**
- **Duration : Permanent**
- **Industry : Electrical engineering**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Handle and ensure timely closing of the full set of accounts, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, and accounting schedules.
- Manage group of company’s cashflow and update to cash books.
- Liaise with external auditors and prepare audited financial statement.
- Liaise with bankers, maintain group loan, and hire purchase with banks.
- Compute taxation for corporation with its related schedules and submission of (ECI) & (Form C/C-S)
- Maintain all project budgets and percentage profit
- Prepare quarterly (GST F5) return and submission to IRAS
- Compile Unaudited Financial Statement in accordance with the Singapore Financial Standard (FRS)
- Prepare corporate secretarial documents (Directors’ resolution and Minutes of Annual General Meeting (AGM), etc.)
- Maintain statutory registers and filing of return with the Accounting Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
- Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions
- Prepare IRAS (IR21) tax clearance for foreign employees
- Submission of government paid leave claims and waiver of levy
- Prepare and file Employment Income (IR8A)
- Process staff petty cash & expenses claims.
- Update and maintain employees’ records in system
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accounting/ACCA, CPA or equivalent will be a bonus
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in doing full sets of accounts, and managing the books for group company
- Hands on individual and able to handle detailed and manual work
- Proficient in MS office especially MS Excel
- Proficient in using Sage Daceasy and Info-Tech software will be a plus.
- **Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications**
