- Data Strategy Development: Design and implement data strategies that align with business goals, ensuring that data-driven insights are integrated into decision-making processes.
- Analytics Execution: Lead the execution of complex data analyses, including predictive modeling, segmentation, and customer insights, to inform marketing and sales strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to translate business needs into analytical solutions and ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
- Insight Generation: Transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business growth, optimize marketing efforts, and enhance customer experiences.
- Data Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Communication: Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, effectively communicating complex data concepts in a clear and actionable manner.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies, advocating for the adoption of innovative analytics techniques and methodologies.
- Project Management: Manage and coordinate process improvement projects, including setting timelines, budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to teams on new processes and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

**Job Requirements**
- Experience: At least 2-5 years of experience in business process management or a related field, with a proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to connect data insights with business strategy,with a focus on driving results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
