Skills and experiences
- At least 4 years of experience in full stack development.
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, C#, and SQL.
- Experience with API development using Langchain and LlamaIndex.
- Familiarity with Swagger and POSTMAN for API documentation and testing.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and interoperability between microservices and Python frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, especially in Generative AI.

What you'll do

**Full Stack Development**

Implement front-end solutions to enhance user experience, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

**API Development**

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Langchain and LlamaIndex.

Utilize Swagger and POSTMAN for API documentation, testing, and debugging.

Ensure seamless integration and interoperability of microservices and Python frameworks.

**Database Management**

Design and manage relational databases using SQL.

Write efficient SQL queries and perform database optimization tasks.

Ensure data integrity and implement data security measures.

**Collaboration & Agile Practices**

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality products.

Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

**Performance Optimization**

Conduct performance testing and debugging to enhance user experience.

Identify and address performance bottlenecks.

**Generative AI & Cross-skilling**

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and related technologies.

Willingness to cross-skill and work on Generative AI projects, including prompt fine-tuning.

Collaborate on innovative AI-driven solutions and integrate them into existing systems.
