Job Description- To assist the Service Manager in job scheduling and coordinate filed service attendances for Service Engineers/ Technician
- Monitor of monthly maintenance checklist form
- Drives solution of customer feedbacks by solving it directly or assigning tasks to other function.
- Coordinate with other departments on billings, payment, and spares arrangement.
- Prepare and submit quotation to customer
- Updating quote, invoice and job card record
- Prepare and mail out all invoices to customers
- Follow up on overdue payments and reminders
- Other field service-related administrative duties
- Requirement _
- Min 3 years prior experience in a heavy equipment industrial is of advantage
- Strong customer orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pro-active and good team player
- Good working attitude
