The **Assistant Manager**(Business Development)**will play a key role in supporting the company’s expansion plans, managing client relationships, strengthening strategic partnerships, and oversee our day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development & Sales Support**
- Assist in the execution of business development strategies to grow the student guardianship and homestay division.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with education agents, international schools, and service partners.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for potential clients and partners.
- Support lead generation, client engagement, and follow-ups to drive conversion.

**Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Coordinate meetings and communications with partner institutions, agents, and international contacts.
- Maintain an updated database of stakeholders and nurture long-term engagement.
- Assist in organising school visits, open houses, or outreach events locally and regionally.

**Operations Oversight**
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of homestay management, ensuring safety, compliance, and care standards.
- Guide and support staff in the delivery of student care services.
- Ensure effective systems for student records, incident tracking, logistics, and emergency response.
- Implement feedback loops and quality assurance processes for continuous improvement.

**Leadership & Team Development**
- Assist the manager in training and managing staff involved in student care and business operations.
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with the organisation’s values of compassion, accountability, and integrity.Mentor junior staff on leadership, operations, and student engagement practices.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, education services, or international student recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds.
- Strong understanding of the China market and the preferences of Chinese customers in the education sector.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work as a team and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
