Singapore SG CABLE SPECIALIST PTE. LTD. Full time

This position reports to the director directly, individual will work remotely, via zoom and on site. Individual will work in projects and using equipment. Inidividual should have physical strength, endurance and work well with hands. Being good in collaboration and following instructions and safety rules, detail oriented, work driven and objective driven.

Individual to be involved in:
1. being able to build strong understanding on company's cables and jointers (and other products, equipments) on going project works, procedures with suppliers, engagement with clients, understand all payment method, sales techniques, company's Mission, Vision, main objectives, on site work flow not limiting to following up on work results and other achoc duties; communicating on project matters.

2. Prepare tender document, being able to read and use AUTOCAD System. Liaise and coordinate with other clients and contractors in development and implementation of the project until completion. Trainee will be able to lay new power cables throough underground pipes and terminate them at electrical equipment. Not limiting to conducting tests, troubleshotting, to check cable integrity and locate faults.

3. being able to perform duties such as project work calculations, planning, tender, estimates, costing, taking off measurements for overhead power cables. Preparation/Evaluations as part of the project team (with director and/or collaborating contractors). Base one estimating material, labour, or construction costs for budget preparation.

4. Possess deep knowledge of the business product e.g (cable jointers joint, overhead power cable) offering and value proposition to implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market. This comprehensive sales plan will generally map out a clear route to hitting company's objectives and goals while incorporating different sales techniques and strategies.

Technical Skills & Competence:
1. To have multi tasking skills, team player that has good communication skills, customer service, to engage clients who are mainly business owners.

2. To be AutoCAD, Excel or Google Sheets proficiency for data manipulations, analysis, tendering to achieve client goals.

3. To formulate extensive budgeting for company, delicate work skill, record keeping

4. Creating reports and dashboards to track objectives, strategic planning skills, development goals
- 6 months traineeship contract
- 6 months no CPF contributions
